Bachelor in Business Administration with a Master in Finance from Stetson University, Miami, USA. With more than 33 years of experience, he has specialized in financial consulting, operational management, regulatory compliance and strategic process optimization.

His experience includes the implementation of administrative, accounting and strategic systems, as well as the management of high impact projects in different sectors. He has led key initiatives such as the implementation of the Municipal Governance System under the auspices of USAID, the development of CRM systems and the integrated management of human and material resources.

He has solid experience in regulatory compliance and compliance officer, advising companies in the prevention of financial and regulatory risks, including compliance with the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (AML/CFT) regulations. In addition, he has expertise in the virtual currencies and cryptoassets ecosystem, including its impact on the financial and regulatory sector.

Throughout his career, he has worked in commercial management of financial cooperatives, financial analysis, design of administrative and operational procedures manuals, strategic planning, purchasing and inventory management, as well as budget preparation and control.

His academic background is complemented by certifications in Strategic Planning, Financial Analysis and Leadership.

He currently serves as Operations Manager and Financial Consultant at Interbiznet, providing strategic solutions for business efficiency and growth.
